Entrepreneurship Without Borders

The Entrepreneurship Without Borders project (ESF) is an EU-funded Erasmus+ initiative that brings together 7organisations from 6 European countries to strengthen entrepreneurship education in Vocational Education and Training (VET).

The project responds to key challenges in Europe:

❖60% of EU businesses say VET graduates lack
entrepreneurial skills (Eurochambres, 2020).
❖40% of VET trainers have not received any formal
training in entrepreneurship education (CEDEFOP, 2020).
❖Only 20% of countries include entrepreneurship as a
required component in VET programs (Eurydice, 2021).

EXPECTED RESULTS:

To achieve project goals, the ESF team will carry out several activities towards impactful results, including:

• ESF Toolbox for EFB Trainers – A comprehensive digital toolkit will be designed to provide EFB trainers with practical resources, training materials, and best practices.
• Virtual Temporary Residency for Entrepreneurs – An innovative online platform will provide
  entrepreneurs with access to virtual coworking spaces, expert guidance, and cross-border
  networking opportunities.
• European Business Network – A collaborative network fostering partnerships, knowledge exchange, and business opportunities across Europe’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Mentoring Hub – A virtual mentoring space will be designed to support both learners and aspiring entrepreneurs. The hub will combine access to human mentors from the educational and business sectors with an innovative AI-chatbot powered by insights and content from EFP trainers.
• Showcase Entrepreneurial Projects – A gallery to highlight successful entrepreneurial initiatives developed through the project, inspiring others and promoting best practices.
• Policy Recommendations for Advancing Entrepreneurial Education – Evidence-based proposals aimed at guiding policymakers to better support and integrate entrepreneurship education in VET.
