Silver Up Online Multiplier Event!

Digital teaching and learning – the use of digital tools to support the design, delivery and support of education – has seen exponential growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of digital tools for learning, however, often services as a key support in reaching and facilitating many members of society who face a range of barriers to participation in traditional formal education. The role of innovative digital tools and approaches to support education for social good has long been a key area of interest for Innoquality Systems.

This online webinar will provide an overview of a number of ongoing EU Research Projects designed to foster and support teaching and learning for socially responsible causes through innovative digital approaches.

The Silver Up Project is focused on using digital solutions to support mentoring in social innovation for senior entrepreneurs through Adult Education. An online open learning platform has been developed where seniors interested in mentoring other seniors keen to become entrepreneurs can develop their knowledge, skills and competences in mentoring theory and skills, senior entrepreneurship and social innovation, and the digital tools and resources required to run a business today.
