GO-UP Updates

     

The GO-UP partnership met for the 3rd time in Pera Fine Arts School in Istanbul, Turkey. On the agenda the finalisation of our training curriculum for builiding resilience and intercultural competences through theatre techniques. I am pleased to report this output is near completion and at INQS we are very excited to be able to give a final version of the project to our national experts board, which is made up of Crooked House Theatre, Smashing Times, TO practitioner and artist Brendan Fox, psycologist and TO practitioner Aaron Camps and the Centre for Creative Practices to date. The GO-UP partnership conducted a revision of the resources gathered for our state of the art Online Digital Database and the partnership have selected some very exciting content indeed.  All the partners gave presentations of their contents for the GO-UP pedagogical handbook at INQS we provided the opening unit explaining the project and giving the reader an overview of the content. Finally all the partners gave up dates on the content for the GO- UP Toolbox in preparation for our training session in Athens in 2020. A special thanks to our Turkish hosts are Pera Fine Arts School at INQS we greatly enjoyed the Turkish hospitality and seeing the vibrant school that is Pera.
