Virdual Project Update

Following the second transnational project meeting in Athens at the start of the summer, and prior to the third transnational meeting to be held in Istanbul next month, the Virdual project consortium met online today to discuss project progress and tasks.

We are delighted to announce that the Training Curriculum on training work-readiness skills for WBL through XR has been finalised!

Learning modules featured in the curriculum and to be developed through the provision of an Online Course include:

  1. Introduction to XR Technology
  2. Computing Competencies in XR Technology
  3. Pedagogies in Extended Reality for Work-based Learning
  4. Inclusive use of XR
  5. XR Regulations and Government Policies
  6. Setting and Maintaining XR Infrastructures
  7. Stakeholders Communication

Our next steps are finalising the Learning Units Plan and developing the online course content for the e-Learning Campus. We will also develop an Instructional Web App which VET Teachers and In-company Trainers will be able to use to create bespoke learning activities for their WBL students.

Please get in touch if you’d like to learn more about how the Virdual project resources and tools could help your organisation!
