The first meeting of the exciting new project RENOUVAL took place online on Dec 9th.

Due to Covid 19 situation, the kick-off meeting was organized online. It was agreed not to plan any face-to- face meeting at this moment and continue to monitor the project and work at a distance by having notably more frequent virtual meetings. Once the sanitary situation will allow mobilities, partners will organize the face-to-face meetings. 

Most of members of the consortium know each other and ppt on their organization were shared within the preparation phase, thereby within this meeting partners organizations were not presented. The discussion was focused mainly on the common understanding of the projects and its objectives, agreement on the strategy plan for the first IOs, clarify the next steps of project implementation and the to do list before the next skype meeting, discuss transversal activities like evaluation, dissemination, as well as financial aspects.
