The Irish ELLE Multiplier event was held in the Cork Institute of Technology, 30/09/2019 and featured a range of participants who will be going on work placement within the next few months as project target audience members (teachers, trainers, volunteers and educators) who will work with project beneficiaries (low skilled migrant, refugee and asylum seeker women).

The multiplier event was extremely successful and all participants provided positive informal feedack, noting the potential use of the developed project outputs. The keynote from Martina Kenneally from the Cork Migrant Group about the challenges typically faced by migrant women was followed by a presentation of the ELLE project outputs and how these could potentially be used to help address some of these issues. The event concluded with a group led – ‘think pair share’ activity which involved attendees working in groups to further consider and brainstorm further solutions.
