The fourth meeting for the Mifamily Project took place on the 14th and 15th of February 2019 in Paris, France. The meeting was focused primarily on the finalisation of the online platform, the development of the O3 guide content and the piloting of the developed project outputs.
The fourth Mifamily meeting appears to have been very successful. All respondents provided positive answers in relation to the meeting in a general sense and in relation to the organization of the meeting, as well as for next steps.
Quantitative information related to the meeting in a general sense was uniformly positive. Partners identified that their expectations for the meeting (relating to the understanding and being able to use the developed e-learning platform and training material as well as presenting O3) were met, suggesting that the meeting was effectively structured, that the coordinators were aware of the key decisions to be made and that partners collaborated and contributed to ensure that these were addressed.
This corresponds to the respondents’ feelings post-meeting. The clarity with which partners identified in relation to post-meeting activities suggests that partners were fully-equipped with all the necessary information and agreements which they needed to progress with project activities after the meeting – again suggesting that the meeting met expectations and that clarity was provided in relation to partner’s roles, responsibilities and to the next phase of the project. Nearly all partners were very positive about the project meeting agenda/ structure, however one partner was unsure. All partners were positive about the running of the meeting, identifying that it was productive, cooperative and tasks and activities were understandable and feasible. It was agreed that enough time had been allocated during the meeting. All partners were positive about the meeting follow-on and that they had sufficient information needed to continue with the next steps in the project.
