The aim of the MiGreenDeal project is to raise the climate change awareness of young migrants through transformative learning. Using the energy emanated by the European Green Deal and aligned with the other main sustainability support documents, such as the New European Bauhaus, MIGreenDEAL will implement innovative practices and digital solutions in Adult Education to prepare young adult migrants and adult educators, community leaders and mediators to become true agents of change in environmental sustainability and fight against climate change by applying Transformative Learning methods to develop green skills.
The partners of MiGreenDeal held their 2nd international meeting in Dublin on April 04, 2023.
- The purpose of meeting was to assess the work-progress and anticipate the annual evaluation.
The project also reestablished it’s commitment to innovative practices and digital solutions in the field of adult education and to remain focused on supporting migrants, adult educators, community leaders and intercultural mediators. - All MiGreenDeal partners were involved in the project, including La Bien Paga (Spain), Meta4 Innovations (Austria), INQS (Ireland), Disruptia (Spain), IASIS (Greece) and le Monde des possibles (Belgium).
- At the end of the meeting, the partners were delighted with the progress of the training program as well as the tools for e-learning.
