A Day of Collaborative Culmination: Reflecting on the Klagenfurt Meeting of ‘MIND THE GAP’

On November 9th, 2023, partners of the ‘MIND THE GAP’ project convened in Klagenfurt for the final meeting that was a tapestry of reflection, evaluation, and forward-thinking. The hosting venue, the Austrian Chamber of commerce in Klagenfurt chosen by the hosting organisation KIST, set the scene for a day where the partners reviewed the project’s outputs and activities, ensuring every detail was polished to perfection. Post the hearty exchanges of the morning session and a refreshing coffee break, the discourse delved into the intricacies of the multiplier events, their impact, and the nuances of reporting them.

INQS provided a detailed insight on the piloting results explaining the learnings from piloting and considerations for further development in terms of exploitation and sustainability of the project.

The afternoon was marked by further strategic discussions on dissemination, where partners shared insights and charted the course for the project’s far-reaching influence. Exploitation strategies were brainstormed, aiming to weave the project’s fabric into the organizational frameworks at various levels, from local to European.

The day drew to a close with a pivotal session on project management and quality evaluation. This was also a moment of introspection on the journey so far and a collective affirmation of the high standards maintained throughout. The meeting culminated in a short review of decisions, leaving the partners with a “To Do List” that promised continuity and a shared vision for the future.

This Klagenfurt meeting was not just an endpoint but a beacon for the sustained legacy of MIND THE GAP.
